We acknowledge every complaint we receive in writing and we will provide the relevant ANL/Oceania Agencies contact person and a reference number for your complaint. ANL/Oceania Agencies will also keep you updated on the progress of resolving the complaint. We may require you to provide further information about your complaint to fully assess your complaint.
