ANL Wins Two 2018 DCN Awards

Last week, representatives from across the Australian Shipping and Maritime industry gathered in Sydney for the annual Daily Cargo News Awards. We are pleased to announce that ANL received high commendations in two awards as well as two wins; a Liner Trade Award for Australia-NZ/Pacific Islands/PNG and the Customer Service Award!

These awards demonstrate that the efforts of all ANL staff have been recognised by our fellow colleagues in the industry but more importantly, recognised by our customers.

It’s important to note that the Customer Service Award is a popular vote, and to win this award customers voted via an online survey. The winner of this award had to provide exceptional end to end customer service, not only the front-line sales and customer care staff dealing with clients on a daily basis but every other team that the customer does not see. We would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of each and every member of the ANL team. Without these efforts and the continued focus on providing the best service, our customers would not have voted for us.

The Liner Trade Award for Australia-NZ/Pacific Islands/PNG is also a great win for us. Our focus on expanding the ANL offer and staking the ANL flag in developing territories is certainly being recognized. Congratulations to all the liner and regional teams throughout Australia, New Zealand, PNG and the Pacific Islands for their efforts in not only owning the region but being recognized as the best carrier within it!
