Regulatory Changes to China Customs Advance Manifest (CCAM) For All Inbound Cargo To China

Dear Client,

Please be informed that with effect from 1st June 2018 and as per the release of Order No. 56 [2017] by China Customs pertaining to changes in regulations to the CCAM, all shippers or parties with Export Cargo to China will be required to comply with additional regulatory requirements.

• ANL must submit manifest details to China Customs at least 24 hours prior to loading, for all vessels which are going to, via or out of any of the mainland ports in China.

To Comply with this rule, ANL requires your complete and accurate Shipping / Forwarding Instructions at least 48 hours prior to vessel arrival at the Port of Loading.

• Manifest submission details must include an accurate and a total representation of all goods as declared under the Bills of Lading (BL) .

Above will be required for any vessel departing from the Australian Load Ports as of the 1st June 2018 and we would appreciate that this extra data is supplied to ensure that there are no penalties / fines and or delays with the Customs Clearance and delivery of cargo to the consignee.
