Australia: Customer Care operating hours – Christmas and New year 2024

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised of the following temporary changes to the CMA CGM & ANL operating hours during the festive season:

• Australia Customer Care Phone Lines and E-mail channels:
• Customer Service
• Cargo Readiness

Our Customer Care phone lines and above 2 x email channels will close at 3:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, 24th December and Tuesday, 31st December 2024.

All emails will be addressed on the next working day upon our return.

• Branch Front Counters
  The front counters at all branches will close at 1:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, 24th December and Tuesday, 31st December 2024.

• Final Hazardous Documentation & Late Receival Request submission deadlines:
  Please ensure all final hazardous documentation and Late Receival Requests are submitted by deadline of 10:30 AM (local time) on Tuesday, 24th December and Tuesday, 31st December 2024.

               (our standard Late Receival request submission deadline is 4.00PM local time*)
