changes to when BOL’s and EDO’s are released against COMPAY payments
Notification of changes to when BOL’s and EDO’s are released against COMPAY payments
COMPAY has changed the time it takes to settle payments received by our customers to our Agency.
Payments made to COMPAY for Bills of Lading and Electronic Delivery Orders now takes 3 working days before those same funds are credited to CCAAA.
Due to the delay in receipt of funds from November 18th Bills of Lading and Electronic Delivery Orders will not be released until cleared funds have been credited to our bank account.
We do apologise for the inconvenience. However, if customers wish to receive their documents earlier direct payment to our bank account can be arranged.
Funds deposited via EFT are generally available next working day allowing BOL’s and eDO’s to be collected at this time
