Further to our Notice dated 13th November 2020, regarding notice by the Chinese authorities suspending acceptance of Logs, timber, wood, treated or untreated etc from origins of Victoria & Queensland, please be advised that this has now been extended to the same cargoes originating from South Australia and Tasmania as per new notice from the Animal & Plant Bureau of State Customs China published on 4th December.
This will impact cargo from South Australian & Tasmania that departed from these origins on or after 3rd December 2020.
Impacted cargo, including on route, will need to be redirected or cancelled from loading to China with costs to be for the account of the shipper.
