APL Turquoise V120S/ N - Update
APL Turquoise V120S/ N
Dear Valued Customers,
Further to our notice dated 4th November please be advised that APL have now confirmed that the APL TURQUOISE V.120N/S will not complete her Voyage in Australia and will return to Port Kelang on the 12th November without discharging or loading any cargo.
We have been advised the issue is to do with Marine Orders 32 being placed on the vessel and as a result the MUA were not prepared to work the vessel.
Consequently all Import cargo will remain on-board the APL TURQUOISE V.120N/S and head back to Port Kelang where cargo will be discharged and loaded onto a new vessel. We will advise details of the new Import vessel as soon as those details are available to us.
Export cargo will be transferred to alternate vessels and our Customer Service team will be in contact with all clients to advice of new vessel details.
We sincerely apologise for these unfortunate set of circumstances and be assured that ANL are doing all that is possible to speed up the process.
