For the past 16 years ANL has been offering an exciting and diverse range of career opportunities for students through our Co-Op and Graduate Program. We are proud to be involved in university Industry Based Learning programs and welcome newly graduated students into our company and into the workforce as they commence their careers.

ANL’s program is set apart from that of other employers due to its structured, responsive and well-rounded program during which students meet with our HR team and business leaders at regular intervals throughout their placement. This program has been a great success with many students becoming valued members of our permanent workforce. Recruited students also have access to a whole host of benefits including:

The ANL Co-Op and Graduate positions are relevant for students from all disciplines that are looking to join an industry leader and apply what they have learnt during their degree. These positions are for students looking to complete a 12-month placement following completion of their second year of studies, or upon the completion of their Degree in either 2018 or 2019.

Co-Op Positions (x 4)

• Trade Analysis

• Sales (Global Accounts)

• Operations

• Trade Analysis & Communications

Graduate Positions (x 6)

• Operational Services

• Sales, Customer Care and Trade Analysis (x 3 positions)

• Finance (x 2 positions)

What you will need to succeed

• Well-developed communication and presentation skills

• Ability to function as part of a team in a multi-skilled environment

• Ability to solve problems and offer innovative solutions

• Previous experience in an office, retail or hospitality environment will be highly regarded

• Willingness to learn (this is the most important part)

Recruitment Process

Successfully shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in panel interviews, personality profile analysis and background checks prior to being offered a position. Applications will be reviewed, shortlisted and interviews will commence as soon as each application is received.
