Rates & Tariffs: Late Payment Fee for Import & Export Shipments in the Philippines

Please be informed that effective 28 May 2020, CMA CGM Philippines will apply a new rate matrix for Late Payment Fee for all brands (CMA-CGM, ANL, APL, CNC) to all import & export shipments within the following scope:

Notes:


a) Import - Fee will be applied for non-payment of freight or local charges 10 calendar days after arrival date of the vessel at port of destination.

b) Export - Fee will be applied for non-payment of freight or local charges 10 calendar days after departure date of the carrying vessel at port of origin.

c) Applicable only to cash customers

d) Exception: Credit customers

e) This fee will be applied only once per BL (with amount to be applied depending on payment date).

f) The new charge replaces Late Collection Charge (LCC) of import and export shipments in the Philippines.
