COVID-19: The CMA CGM Group keeps you informed on the situation

The current COVID-19 Outbreak is affecting the whole supply chain worldwide, raising potential major challenges.
The CMA CGM Group's priority is to ensure the health and safety of our staff members and partners, while ensuring a smooth business continuity despite the current extraordinary disruptions. We remain determined to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience, as much as the current conditions allows it.
All our teams worldwide are working and completely operational on all tasks. In line with local directives and to protect the health of our staff and partners, we have activated our Business Continuity Plans in some countries. More are activated and will be activated in the future as necessary.
Several of our offices are performing their work remotely. The have access to the necessary tools, documents and software to continue supporting your business.

Mainland China – Full operations returning to our offices

Since our last advisory relating to COVID-19, we have seen the recovery of manufacturing and logistics activities in mainland China gaining momentum.
Major coastal ports are now operating at normal productivity levels. With truck power coming back on, cargo backlogs are quickly clearing out, thereby returning fluidity to container movements.

Service as usual with precautionary measures against spread of COVID-19

In Mainland China manufacturing activities are gradually picking up, more port workers and truck drivers are returning to their posts, and cargo flow is easing up at the major coastal ports. In short, business operations have now entered the recovery phase. In South Korea, as of today, terminals are all operating at normal productivity, and trucking and depot activities remain unaffected.
