Training And Development

Co-Op Programs
ANL offers an intake of co-operative education students in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Operations and more. The co-operative education program helps students to develop valuable experience, applying the theory learnt in the classroom to a practical work environment. To ensure a valuable and relevant partnership, students will be integrated into a department of their chosen business discipline. An individual work plan with their department supervisor will be followed to achieve career and company goals.Candidates selected for the Co-op Program will demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership qualities and be eligible to study under their university's co-operative education program. This program is only available within Australia in conjunction with Universities that have an established co-operative or industry based learning program.
