Australian Local Import / Export Charges on Motor Vehicles - Trucks – Buses – Machinery – Break Bulk etc at the port of Melbourne

 

Dear customer,

 

Further to NTC dated 1^st July 2009, TFS have received formal notification of tariff increases from the  Patrick General Stevedoring Webb Dock East Facility effective 1^st August.

 

Rates are exclusive of GST

 

Facility Fee / Site Occupation

 

General Cargo              A$4.76/MT/M3

Import Motor Vehicles A$27.52/Unit

Export Motor Vehicles A$33.65/Unit

 

Tractors & Other Wheeled Vehicles

Equipment that is less than 28m3                                         A$63.64/Unit

Equipment that is greater than 28m3 and  less than 56m3  A$127.25/Unit

Equipment that is greater than 56m3 and  less than 84m3  A$190.88/Unit

Equipment that is greater than 84m3                                          POA

 

Maritime Security Fee – Remains A$1.50/Unit

 

The new rate will become effective from Trans Future 6 v 30 eta Melbourne  9^th August 2009

 

Increases to other port tariff rates will be notified once received.
