NOTICE TO CLIENTS
ELECTRONIC IMPORT DELIVERY ORDER (EIDO)
Please be advised that effective immediately, ANL will fully deploy EIDOs as per terminals requirement, therefore making paper Delivery Orders obsolete.
It is understood that most transport companies and forwarders are familiar with the EIDO process and any further queries regarding booking slots with pin numbers or using the VBS can be directed to 1-stop.
IMPORTANT: Do not organise transport until you are in receipt of the EIDO from 1-STOP, this ensures that all is in order at the terminal and cargo is ready for release. If this is not received, please contact the ANL Import team.
At this stage, EIDOs will be sent by email request as per usual to our import@anl.om.au address.
To assist in processing the request as soon as possible, ensure that the email contains the following information:
⇒ Bill of Lading Number
⇒ Arriving Vessel
⇒
Please take care when submitting the pin number to the wharf as you only have 3 chances to quote it correctly before it is cancelled. In the case of a void pin number, you will be required to contact ANL to have the pin reset.
The fee for resetting the pin will be $AUD 100 + GST, though this will only be applied after a 3 month grace period.
Please do not hesitate to contact the ANL Imports team if you have any further queries in regards to EIDOs and the change in procedures.
