PSW/PNW Service – Schedule Updates


The ongoing congestion on the West Coast of North America continues to severely impact all global services into and out of the region. Our PSW and PNW services to/from Australia & New Zealand are experiencing significant delays, with all vessels well off schedule.


Delays through Oakland and Long Beach in particular are having significant impact on services, with vessels waiting in some instances 10-12 days for a working berth. Customer services teams in both the USA & Oceania are pressed to provide the most up-to-date information as it becomes available.


As advised in previous notices, schedule changes to facilitate best possible services have been recently made including the bypass of Oakland on the PNW service, and the swap of ports in New Zealand with PNW vessels now servicing Tauranga on the export call.


To ensure we are publishing the most accurate information available, ANL schedules are updated multiple times daily. In addition we will continue to publish individual notices highlighting significant changes to dates, port omissions or delays. ANL sales teams are provided with recent press announcements and articles from the USA pertaining to the congestion & union negotiations.


Our current schedules have been updated to reflect most recent changes including:


ER Wilhelmshaven 919N/924S, arrived Vancouver 17/1/15. Vessel bypassed Oakland, with all Oceania exports for Oakland either transshipped via Vancouver, or accepted in Long Beach by consignees.


Cap Blanche 918N/922S, bypassed Oakland, arrived Long Beach 27/1/15 & departed 28/1/15, ETA Auckland 10/2/15, Sydney 15/2.


ANL Barega 411N/ 418S, is due to arrive Long Beach 1//2/15, however is not expected to depart until 5/2/15. Revised ETA Auckland 20/2/15, Melbourne 24/2/15.


All schedules are published subject to change however it is important to note revised dates through New Zealand and Australia are most accurate only after departure from Long Beach Southbound.
