How do I look up a schedule?
There are a number of ways to find the schedule you are after

In the Schedules section on the website front page, simply click on the Origin-to-Destination Regions you are interested in and a list of all the service schedules for that choice will be shown.
Click on the direction to pick the schedule you want
- In the Quick View section on the website front page, you can search for the right schedule:

By trade lane - Asia to Australia

By port to port
For your convenience, a list of ports will show up as you are typing.
Just click on one at your convenience

By vessel
If you know the vessel name, start typing and a list of vessels will be displayed.
Once you have the right vessel chosen, the website will display all current voyages for that vessel

How does “My Favourites” and “Remember ” work?
The website can remember your favourite schedules and agents from one session to the next.
Simply click on the “Remember” tick boxes provided and your preferences will be saved.
To get them again, click on the “My favourites” tab.
You can add to your favourites or change them at any time.

How do I activate the “Remember/My Favourites” option on the website?
The “Remember” and “My Favourites” options work by a Cookie being saved to your computer. Change your settings of your browser so as to allow a cookie from ANL. This will enable you to save your favourite schedules and agents from one section to the next.

Where can I find information about ANL services?
All ANL’s services are grouped according to the regions they traverse.
Under the Services tab on the front page of the website, hover your mouse over a particular region and all the services within that region will be displayed.
Once you have clicked on a particular service, it will take you to the service page where you will find a map of the service, the vessel rotation, transit times, information about vessels and terminals and other useful information.
There are also links to the current schedules for that service.

How do I look up my Bill of Lading or Container Number?
You can track a current shipment by entering either the bill of lading number or a container number in Quick View on the front page. From there, it will show you the current status of your shipment.

How does the website know what country I am in?
Every computer has an “IP address” which includes a code for your location.
For your convenience, we have used this to get the ANL office closest to you.
If you are interested in other ANL offices, click on “Change Country” and start typing the country you are interested in.
Once your choice is made, all the offices in that country will be show.
If you want a selection of offices to be saved, click the “Remember” tick box and these will be saved to your favourites.
This way, they will always to there for your convenience.

How do I contact the local ANL office?
All of ANL’s representative offices and agents world-wide are listed on the website.
Click on the Office tab to get the complete list.
Alternatively, go to the Find Us Fast section on the front page and start typing the country you are interested in.
A phone number for each office will be displayed and if you hover your mouse over the link, more information is shown.
Click on the link to take you to a page showing all details about that office.

How do I find out if there are any job vacancies in ANL?

The ANL website has been designed to work with recent versions all the major browsers.
