Training courses range from desktop applications through to our in-house leadership and creative thinking programs, and are run in conjunction with employee development plans and ongoing business needs.
ANL offer an intake of co-operative students in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations and Logistics and Information Technology. The co-operative education program helps students to develop valuable experience whilst applying the theory learnt in the classroom to a practical work environment. To ensure a valuable and relevant partnership, students will be integrated into a department of their chosen business discipline. An individual work plan with their department supervisor will be followed to achieve career and company goals.
Candidates selected for the Co-op Program will demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership qualities and be eligible to study under their university's co-operative education program.
